At Beyond the Bump, we help families have a smooth postpartum. As a certified babywearing educator, we offer several classes and babywearing consultations to help you find the perfect carrier(s) for your family, gain confidence, and be comfortable while taking care of your child. We offer free classes to small group classes, and consultations are done in-person, in your home or virtually. We also have a lending library for you to rent a carrier so you can try before you buy. The best time to look into babywearing is in the second trimester but it is never too late. We also help with babywearing as baby grows, such as hip carries, and back carries. I offer in-person support throughout the Black Hills between Spearfish and Rapid City, outside that radius has additional fees.

In addition to babywearing classes, we offer Beyond the Bump Prenatal classes and Prenatal Babywearing 101. Topics discussed include: newborn care, breastfeeding, mother's postpartum care, how non-birthing partner can support, how to prepare for postpartum and babywearing. This is great for first time parents and you will walk away more confident and prepared for life beyond the bump.
